I. Recent colour passport-size photograph (JPEG/PNG format, maximum size: 100 KB).
II. Signature of the applicant (JPEG/PNG format, maximum size: 100 KB).
III. Scanned copy of the Class 10 Marksheet or equivalent (PDF format, maximum size: 200 KB).
IV. Scanned copy of the Class (10+2) Marksheet or equivalent (PDF format, maximum size: 200 KB).
V. Scanned copies of all UG Honours/Bachelor’s Degree marksheets (PDF format, maximum size: 1 MB).
VI. Scanned copy of proof of age (PDF format, maximum size: 200 KB).
VII. Scanned copy of Passport Document (PDF format, maximum size: 200 KB).
